Ariel oversees all aspects of DynaSys. He is responsible for shaping its vision, strategic direction, and steering the company’s global research and development efforts as well as operations and market expansion. Ariel joined DynaSys in 1996 as R&D Director. He brings 10 years of experience in the development of specific technologies in planning and optimization. He has directly managed the project to redesign and redevelop the new DynaSys solution based on the latest technologies. In addition to R&D, Ariel has been managing DynaSys’ key accounts for several years. Ariel was promoted as Deputy Managing Director in 2002 and was made CEO in 2006. After the acquisition of DynaSys by QAD Inc, Ariel has been named President of QAD’s DynaSys Division. Ariel is very active within several charitable and educational associations. He has been married 27 years and has five children.


Education:

Master’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics with a Specialization in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Strasbourg

Jean-Luc has worked at DynaSys since the late 90s and is responsible for R&D and Support teams with the aim of creating an overall excellent customer experience. He defines himself as a problem solver and places customer satisfaction as top priority. His focus is to deliver added values through the new features of the DynaSys solutions. Married and the happy father of 2 daughters, he enjoys running in nature, participates in competitions and is involved in the local tennis team championship.


Education:

Master’s degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering from the University of Strasbourg

Stéphane Weishard

Stéphane joined DynaSys in 2016. He brings over 25+ years’ experience with implementing and consulting services in large scale supply chain management and IS transformation projects in multi-cultural environments. He has worked across a wide variety of industries (Blue Chip companies) supporting business processes, change management and IT/IS architecture solution building & rollout. He has also had significant exposure to executive stakeholder management and influencing Board level decisions. Before joining DynaSys – he spends as well more than 15 years in the Supply Chain Software and consulting domain. Stephane is president of his local football club, where his wife and his two sons spend as well some time. He also acts as referee and coach. When not at work or on the field, he appreciates local wine and likes to walk with his Chocolate Labrador in the vineyards.


Education:

Stephane holds an Executive MBA, a Master degree in Economics & Industrial Logistics from the University of Strasbourg and is CPIM Certified.

Arnaud Hédoux

Arnaud joined DynaSys in 1997 as an International Business Developer in charge of Spanish market development. Then he worked for one year as a Project Manager for the implementation of the SKEP solution and managed DynaSys’ development in Europe and in North America. Arnaud currently serves as Marketing Director, where he is responsible for brand management and awareness, lead generation programs, marketing communications, public and analyst relations, content marketing, social media as well as marketing operations and global events. Arnaud is a member of the football team of the Council of Europe. He is also passionate about art, cooking, wine and international culture. Arnaud is an avid world traveler, he spent two years in Morocco, five years in Peru, five years in Saudi Arabia, and one year in Spain. Arnaud is married and has two children.

Frédéric joined DynaSys in 2014 and brings with him 20+ years' experience with sales, consulting and implementation of Supply Chain Management solutions. For 10 years, he worked on the deployment of advanced planning solutions in many industries. Then, he became Sales Manager in many software providers. Today, Frédéric is in charge of the business development for Southern Europe where he is managing a team of sales & presales people. He develops trustful relations with our customers and is highly involved on DynaSys' business management. Frédéric gets involved, in several associations as president and treasurer. Married and father of three children, he enjoys sailing, snowboarding and share some good time with his friends.

Shaun Phillips

Shaun joined DynaSys in 2017 and brings with him an extensive career in Supply Chain technology. Shaun’s career has spanned professional services, sales and business development roles. He brings to DynaSys a proven track record in product management, solution and industry marketing and analyst relations,. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the DynaSys DSCP product as well as the go-to-market enablement and market development. Shaun has an international focus having started his career in Australia spending many years serving the APAC region. He then spent several years in Germany and since 2012 has called Paris home. Outside the office, Shaun often sneaks a shocking game of golf in between the adventures of raising two young boys. He is very passionate about Australian Rules football.

Bachelor of Science majored in Operations Research and Information Systems, Deakin University, Melbourne.

Marie-France began her career in the tourism trade before finding her true calling in HR at QAD where she was responsible for one location in France; this has now grown into multiple sites. Along with her HR Management duties Marie-France is the expert on all matters relating to Workday for the EMEA Region - a Cloud solution for HR services. She is also Regional Coordinator for several corporate programs. Marie-France is passionate about her role in QAD and in particular really enjoys her interaction with the people inside the organization. Her favourite motto is "Respect for the Individual at all Times".
