We are looking for a professional who has a proven track record of generating high-quality qualified sales leads at mid-sized and large manufacturing companies. A sense of curiosity about the critical importance of supply chain planning in sectors such as food and beverage, consumer products, life sciences, industrial, and automotive is a must. Relevant prior experience is a plus. What you’ll do

  • Account Based Marketing (ABM): execute our ABM strategy targeting specific vertical markets in North America that includes researching target accounts and identifying key contacts and other profiling data elements, initiating contact with people in key roles, and performing account profiling to uncover and develop qualified sales opportunities.
  • Field marketing programs execution: coordinate field marketing programs that support demand generation efforts such as webcasts, email campaigns, LinkedIn advertising, online and physical events.
  • Sales-ready content writing: draft prospecting-ready content for direct customer communication such as emails and phone scripts that combine company positioning themes, product messages, and competitive information.

  • What you’ll need

  • 5-10+ years experience in net-new business development in enterprise cloud software with demonstrated success calling on business and technology decision-makers of medium to large manufacturing enterprises.
  • Prior experience, or proven aptitude and interest in drafting prospecting-ready content for direct customer communication such as emails and phone script, and coordinating field marketing programs that support demand generation efforts such as webcasts, email campaigns, LinkedIn advertising, and trade events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Any training in sales prospecting, sales methodology, and supply chain planning is desirable but not required. What is required is an interest in pursuing it after joining the team.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in personal/team productivity applications such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat), Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), Slack, etc., as well as proficiency, or interest in acquiring skills in MarTech stack products such as Marketo, Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Groups, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) Hoovers, ZoomInfo, Ebsta, and WordPress.

    We are looking for a sales solution engineering professional who has a proven track record of growing mutually successful customer relationships in the supply chain planning cloud software category, working with mid-sized and large companies in industries such as food and beverage, life sciences, consumer products, industrial, and automotive.     What you’ll do

  • Engage with customers in discovery to identify their needs and goals related to supply chain planning.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations that explain how QAD DynaSys addresses customers’ supply chain planning needs and goals
  • Provide customers with advice on the solution and its implementation to begin establishing a trusted advisor relationship with the customer.

  • What you’ll need

  • A self-motivated excellent communicator, analytical thinker, team player, with an attitude that enjoys developing and presenting solutions to customers.
  • Minimum 5-10+ years of relevant previous experience consulting in pre-sales and/or implementation and/or usage of supply chain planning solutions and cloud software including working with mid-sized and large companies in industries such as consumer products, food and beverage, life sciences, industrial, distribution and wholesale, and automotive.
  • Deep understanding of the customer selection processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clearly, persuasive proposals, emails, presentations, and demonstrations with supply chain planning professionals, IT professionals, and senior business executives.
  • Enjoy working in a collaboratively competitive environment driving continuous improvement in the team and wider pre-sales function while achieving your own goals.

    What you’ll do

  • Develops business process / functional / application specifications / solution set up in line with system design specifications for client engagements.
  • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution in line with DynaSys Methodology and standards.
  • Identifies client SCM (Supply Chain Management) IT landscape and organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
  • Communicates on a permanent basis with development / & partners of the delivery team.
  • Identifies client SCM IT landscape in connection with the overall client IT landscape.
  • In charge of the analysis, consulting, set up, training and assistance services during customer startup, ensuring compliance with quality, lead time and specifications.
  • Validates the proposed solutions and carries the project through to successful completion. Assignment ends when the solution is in operational use by the customer.
  • Handles different / several projects varying between 4 and 12+ months duration.

  • What you’ll need

  • Quickly understands the SCM business issues, data challenges and IT architecture of client's organization and industry (CG, Retail, Life Science).
  • Analytical and Conceptual Thinking on SCM functions from the Strategic to the execution levels (Forecasting, Replenishment, Production, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Serialization).
  • Able to take an enterprise view of solution architecture.
  • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully & manages client expectations effectively.
  • Ideally an Engineering College graduate, with extensive experience as Consultant with a Consulting company, a Supply Chain software publisher or as Project Manager for a customer (industry or logistics).
  • Complete background in logistics.
  • Experience in setting up Supply Chain Planning solutions would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and excellent writing skills.
  • Speaking French is a plus.
  • Self-sufficient, rigorous, pragmatic yet creative and with the necessary endurance.

  • Nice to have

  • Knowledgeable in Supply Chain applications, including but not limited to: JDA (i2, Manugistics, E3), Oracle VCP/VCE, SAP APO/IBP, Infor SCM/IBP, FM, AZAP…
  • Experience in cloud base application & architecture is a plus.
  • Former experience in the area of Supply Chain preferred (ERP/SCP/SCM, WMS, MES, TMS).
