n.SKEP® Procurement Planning enables procurement planning and optimization through the Master Procurement Program. It also enables to calculate an order and delivery schedule from consumption forecasts. Applied to raw materials, the n.SKEP® Procurement Planning solution allows to extend up the checking of the Master Production Scheduling feasability and the expedition plan to the Procurement (raw materials, packaging and products linked to retail).

Planning Procurements:

The n.SKEP® Procurement Planning solution enables a better procurement planning all along the Supply Chain. The Master Procurement Program calculation begins by the calculation of requirements which come from sales forecasts, from Master Production Scheduling or from the expedition plan via nomenclatures (MRP) then by the confrontation of these requirements with the current orders and deliveries schedules. This analysis is carried out over a forecast horizon totally customizable (days, week, month...). An accurate procurement planning also consists in integrating the suppliers constraints (minimum and multiple procurements, lead times, multiple orders, capacities, frozen horizons). This is expressed by the calculation of a complentary orders and deliveries schedule taking into account parameters such as: forecasted receipts, deliverable orders, minimum inventory, initial stock inventory, sourcing procurement units, maximum/minimum deliveries, delivery calendar, etc.

Optimizing Procurements:

The optimization tools of the n.SKEP® Procurement Planning solution enable an optimization plan of optimal procurements. Indeed, the solution offers the possibility to group together orders within complete transport, to optimize the choice of suppliers according to various criteria (availabilities, costs, procurement lead times, ...), to optimize its whole costs (inventories, purchases, orders, ...), to calculate an economic batch size (Economic Order Quantity) and also to manage priorities (suppliers, articles, ...) whiletaking into account outstanding procurements.

Mesuring and sharing:

The analysing and reporting functions of n.SKEP® Procurement Planning are integrated in environments of multi-dimensional and graphical business simulation. The calculation of the key-indicators on the historic data enable to measure the performance of the re-procurement chain (Supply Chain Performance): suppliers reliability, turnover rate, ABC class, "Open to Buy", .... Thanks to the native collaborative solutions offered by DynaSys, it is possible to share information between the different actors of the Supply Chain (via Internet or Intranet), to notify in case of changes carried out and to synchronize these data.
