n.SKEP® Procurement Planning plans and optimize procurement activities, calculating order and delivery schedules based on requirements forecast; checking the feasibility of the production plan; and planning for supplies of raw materials, packaging and other materials.


n.SKEP® Procurement Planning supports improvements in procurement planning throughout the supply chain. It takes requirements from sales forecasts, master scheduled orders, and material requirements plans (MRP), then compares them with current orders and delivery schedules – over a user-defined horizon (days, weeks, months).

Procurement plans also integrate supplier constraints, including minimums and multiples, lead times, capacity, frozen horizons and more. Planned deliveries and orders calculations also take into consideration forecasted receipts, outstanding deliverables, minimum inventory, initial inventory balance, supply unit of measure, minimum/maximum delivery quantity, delivery calendar and more.


Optimization tools build into n.SKEP® Procurement Planning optimize procurement plans. It can group orders to create a full load. It can select the right supplier based on availability, cost, lead-time and other factors in order to optimize total cost. It can also calculate the economic order quantity, manage priorities (suppliers, items) and take into account outstanding orders.

Measuring & Collaborating

n.SKEP® Procurement Planning includes integrated analysis and reporting – multi-dimensional and graphic - integrated into the business simulation environment. Key Performance Indicators measure supply chain performance, supplier reliability, turnover rate, ABC class, open-to-buy, and more.

Using the native collaboration tools offered by DynaSys, all supply chain participants could share information via the Internet or Intranet, synchronizing all relevant data and alerting users when others make changes.
