Among its recent projects, DynaSys has been working for Guy Degrenne, Johnson & Johnson, Cadbury France, MHIS (wine and spirits industry of the LVMH group) and G.Gam Laboratories, often according to international schemes like for example for Baxter, Essilor, Ipsen, Nestlé and Valeo…

 

With a turnover of 4,8 million Euros in 2004, which represents an increase of 13% in comparison with 2003, DynaSys is actually the European market-leader as regards Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions and reveals its ambitions in terms of development.

Sustained investment in Research & Development

The continuous technological and functional development program of DynaSys products insure the editor to remain as a market leader and satisfies increasing customer demands for improve performance. Over 5 years ago, DynaSys’ research and development team anticipated the evolution of the global collaborative planning market and undertook a redevelopment program that has enable n.SKEP to maintain it technical advantage today.

 

Thus, DynaSys announced in 2003 the launching of its ‘Single Click Collaborative®’ technology which is the result of 5 years of R&D: as real decision-aid systems, the Supply Chain Management solutions of DynaSys, based on this technology, optimize and consolidate Supply Chain data by minimizing the number of actions, by a single ‘click’. This technology is based on a work environment where data are calculated in real time (n.SKEP ® server) and optimised for high volumes of data. The Single Click Collaborative ®technology significantly improves and streamlines the collaborative sharing of business information ( orders historical data, transportation lead times, etc…) as well as optimising the decision-making process in order to find quick and optimal solutions. Because this techonology is intuitive and easy to used, n.SKEP has become a favourite solution for many business user.

 

A new positioningand market potential

In 2004 , DynaSys continued it leading development program to address new functionalities such as multi-site distribution planning (DRP) and ‘Lean Manufacturing’ in a native collaborative environment in addition to advancing it’s production planning and sales forecasting which has become an industry leading APS solution.

 

This year we also noticed an increasing sale to customers that have been using the leading ERP systems, and in particular SAP. Augustin Holveck explains « this example indicates that companies make realistic and optimised choices in order to satisfy their needs as regards management (ERP), competitiveness and flexibility (n.SKEP for the Supply Chain) ».

 

Moreover, DynaSys also extends its activities by reinforcing its presence on the ‘middle market’ in order to satisfy both huge companies and mid-sized firms which are leaders on their market and whose demand of new IT systems is constantly growing. “The mid-sized companies are more and more demanding concerning product functionalities, specifies Augustin Holveck. « Indeed, they are insure for increasing product functionalities and fully integrated information ranging from forecasting to resource planning. These solutions have to be user-friendly, easy to use and to implement and manage large quantities of data, effectively and efficiently. DynaSys products deliver against these requirements»

 

National and international development

« DynaSys plans to extend his growth not only in France, but also abroad by recruiting consulting partners on a national level and by extending its international distribution network, inspired by the successful distribution partners, Indigo Ltd in the United Kingdom. The aim is to provide local presence and support to customers, strengthen our presence on the middle markets and key accounts, and ensure an strategic and profitable development plan.», explain Augustin Holveck.

 

DynaSys has more than 250 customers from large corporates to leading household brandsnames in France , Europe , USA and throughout the world that use DynaSys solutions. In 2004 Dynasys was granted the ‘Regional Export trophy’ in 2004 , a reward that makes of DynaSys one of the top exporters of the Alsace region (second main export region in France ). Last year DynaSys achieve 40 % of its global turnover through export, which reinforces it position as a leading international provider of Supply Chain optimisation solutions .

 

A strengthened Sales team

Beyond its highly qualified specialists who have a good technical and industrial experience through numerous huge projects on behalf of international groups in different activity sectors, DynaSys wanted to reinforce its teams in 2004 by recruiting a salesman as well as 2 experienced pre-sales managers. Our Sales team works in our new office located in Paris ; Vincent Vernède is the head of this team.

 

« The objective of these recruitments is to sustain our development and to accept the challenge of growth set for the 3 next years, states Augustin Holveck. It is our aim to double our turnover by 2007 – from 4,8 million to 9 million Euros – as well as to grow beyond the growth of the market. We want to achieve this objective thanks to an optimization strategy of our solutions, a development policy with mastered costs as well as a strengthening of our teams in order to obtain quick and consequent results! »

 

An original marketing strategy

Within the context of sustained development DynaSys chose to optimize its commercial action and communication plans in 2004 by implementing a new graphic chart, by creating a new logo and by restructuring the whole set of its support including the web site ( http://www.dys.com ). In addition, DynaSys confirmed its position concerning the specialised press by setting up a media plan that included advertising on the following subject: ‘The Supply Chain Obsession’.

 

« The purpose was to strengthen our position as leader of the Supply Chain Management market, that’s why we wanted to accompany our development with a new spirit that reflected our dynamism. », underlines Augustin Holveck.

 

The editor also participates in a campaign as sponsor of the Strasbourg Rugby Team (Racing Club de Strasbourg). «  Rugby is the best example of a team sport. It is an unselfish sport that stands for values like commitment, humility, perseverance, loyalty and team spirit... All these fundamental values can be compared to the activity of DynaSys ; its offer n.SKEP brings individuals together who work with a real team spirit on projects that evoke an internal as well as an external adherence », concludes Augustin Holveck.
