This division gathers all information about customers’ needs as well as new technologies, and assesses the feasibility to develop new products. This division works closely with the Marketing and R&D departments.

The R&D team is composed of highly skilled IT systems and Supply Chain Management experts.

The R&D Department headquartered in Strasbourg ( France ), develops customized solutions and regularly integrates new technologies into the n.SKEP Solutions, to maintain its technological lead.

DynaSys provides on-site services to implement and integrate the n.SKEP Solutions with the IT system environment of their customers. Project managers implement the solutions together with their customers, in order to meet their needs better.

DynaSys also offers a complete range of services for technology transfer and training, covering the conceptual and technical aspects of the n.SKEP Solutions. The goal is to ensure the user’s suitability and self-sufficiency towards the software, which are the key elements of an implementation’s success.
